Delivery and Returns
We currently use FEDEX as our courier. We aim to deliver your chosen items to the place and person of your choice, in perfect condition and in the shortest possible time. Usually, we can dispatch within 3 working days of receiving your order, but please be aware that during the Sale period this could be slightly longer. Our delivery charges are dependent on your shipping destination. Please proceed to checkout to view timing and costs. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only. F -Troupe cannot take responsibility for delays owing to customs clearance or payment issues. If you wish to track your parcel, please refer to your tracking number or alternatively email us at email@example.com and we will track your shipment for you.
If your order is to be delivered outside the European Union, it may attract import duty and local sales taxes, which customers will need to pay on receipt of the shipment. These rules vary by country and your local government determines duty and customs charges. Please note that this is the main reason non-EU customers receive a 20% VAT discount. Please be aware that this may delay your delivery time as goods held at customs will be your responsibility to pay the necessary charges for local authorities to release the goods. Any parcels returned to us due to customs charges being higher than expected; we reserve the right to deduct all costs incurred.
Customer satisfaction is always our top priority, and as such we handle each query on an individual basis to the best of our ability. While we hope that you are delighted with your order, if you are not perfectly satisfied you may return items within 14 days for either a refund or exchange. Returns must be unworn and in the original packaging. We do not offer credit notes for any returned goods. Please make clear to your delivery service that the parcel is a RETURN, most couriers have this as an option. If the item is not sent marked RETURN from outside the UK then duty and VAT may be charged and deducted from the refund amount.
You may return any item within 14 days of the day that you received your delivery. Any goods returned outside of this period will be not be either refunded or exchanged. We do not cover the cost of shipping returns or exchanges.
When returning any goods please make sure that a copy of the invoice or a note of your order details are included in the return so we can deal with the returns process quickly for you. Please also email us firstname.lastname@example.org tell us that you wish to return an item.
The shoes must be returned in the original undamaged box or bag and be unworn in perfect condition. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so make sure they are packed up properly and can’t get damaged on the way.
Please clearly state whether you are returning for a refund or exchange (where available). Refunds will be paid by the same method as the original order. The original shipping charges will not be refunded
You must return parcels by recorded mail or a courier service with a tracking number as we cannot be held responsible for any missing parcels. Please send any returns to :
