Since it launched in 2003 by self-taught designer Mick Hoyle, F-Troupe has built up a loyal following around the world. The London-based footwear label is loved for its original and off-beat designs that span from androgynous brogues to cute sandals to tomboy boots.
In 2009 F-Troupe won the award for Best Export footwear brand which led to Mick meeting the Queen at Buckingham Palace. Over the last few years F-Troupe has diversified into other creative projects including collaborating with the Artist Rob Ryan. In 2017 an F-Troupe and Vintage store called Curios was opened in Tokyo and then in 2018 another F-Troupe and Vintage store called Jabberwocky was opened in Osaka.
F-Troupe shoes have steadily been gaining a celebrity following, especially amongst young US A-listers such as Chloe Sevigny, Misha Barton, Christian Stewart and in the UK Sienna Miller, Lily Allen, Alexa Chung, Pixie Lott, Paloma Faith and Keira Knightley are all converts.
